Home maintenance Plan

Most exterior cleaning is reactive. You call when the house already looks bad.

The Spa City Home Maintenance Plan is different — it’s designed to maintain your home so it stays clean, bright, and welcoming all season long.

  • A full soft wash to remove algae, mold, dirt, and winter buildup from siding and exterior surfaces.

  • Quick exterior visits to remove spider webs, bugs, and light buildup around soffits, entryways, fixtures, and siding.

    (April - September)

  • A light rinse to keep the home looking clean through the peak of summer.

(Will be scheduled halfway between first wash and late September)

Pricing

If you know Spa City Softwash, you know we try to be as transparent as possible with our pricing. The plan price below is based on an average two-story, approximately 2,000 sq ft home with vinyl siding and no complicating features (such as excessive height, difficult access, or unique materials). If your home is different, we’ll tell you up front and explain any adjustments.

Includes:

  • Spring House Wash – full soft wash to remove algae, mold, and winter buildup

  • Monthly Bug & Web Removal (April–September) – quick exterior visits to keep soffits, entryways, and siding clean

  • Mid-Summer Freshen-Up Rinse – light rinse to keep the home looking great through peak summer

Estimated retail value if purchased separately: ~$975

Price will be lowered if plan starts later in the season. We believe in simple, honest pricing — no hidden fees, no pressure, and no surprises. If you’d like an exact quote for your home, we’re happy to take a quick look and confirm the details.

Ready to keep your home clean all season?

The Spa City Home Maintenance Plan is designed to provide consistent, high-quality care throughout the season — and because these visits are built into our schedule, we can only accept a limited number of homeowners each year. This isn’t a marketing tactic; it’s simply an operational reality so we can maintain the level of service our customers expect. We also only schedule new plans through July of each year.

If you’d like to see whether your home is a good fit and check current availability, reach out and we’ll walk through the details with you.
